So this is a picture I took at one of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital locations that I frequented when my son was younger. It popped up as a suggested memory on Facebook yesterday. It feels like it just drives home that many things in life are based entirely on how you look at them.
I wanted to say something profound and inspirational but I’m not sure I have it in me today and if I wait too long I’ll forget about it again.
So remember that a lot of things in life depend entirely on how you look at them. I’m going to go back to trying to not fall asleep at work and lying to myself about going to bed on time for a change tonight.
Tomorrow is my last group therapy session

How do you feel about someone who's never had the issue you're having, try to talk about it as if it's this perfectly manageable thing? 
A horrible murder and you looked at the blood after the event and your mom's wounds at the funeral to know how she was killed. 
So depressed angry irritable
