I have GAD and MDD. Was officially diagnosed when I was 20 or 21 and I’m now 24. I have been on several different meds to try combating my depression and anxiety, and am currently on:

Generic Cymbalta 60 mg twice a day

Generic ambilify 15 mg total a day (5 mg in the am, 10mg at night)

Generic Lamictal 150mg

And for anxiety attacks generic Clonopin 0.5 mg I believe

I too have MDD and GAD. I have been on all of the meds. that you listed but can't really say if they did much for me. In my opinion, they have you over medicated for such a young lady. Do you feel they are helping you with the depression? Are you fatigued? Those are the only concerns I have with the particular meds.. But, we all react differently. I'm glad you joined the group to get support because it really can help. I am curious about how you are feeling and I hope I'm not sounding pessimistic. I could be so wrong about the combination of meds. being too much. I am just one to say and ask what I feeling. I hope you are finding yourself on a healthy path..Again..welcome
