Has anyone had any positive results from taking Vraylar (cariprazine)? I tried it for the first time yesterday, and felt like I couldn't sit still...but still had no motivation or energy. Just an awkward annoyance. Should I keep trying?

I did a vraylar search and found your post. I hope you are still participating in this forum. I have been on vraylar for 1 month and am experiencing the same thing. I also have issues with my sleep being interrupted. I reported this to my psychiatrist and he didn't seem to think they were side effects from the medication.
Are you still taking the drug and how has it gone? I was told to cut my dose in half and see if something changes.
I'm feeling frustrated (and tired) which is discouraging vs feeling better. Hoping things worked out for you.
