OK. First off all, you are NOT alone. Second, it is normal to feel worse before you feel better. Your body is very busy healing itself and doesn't have any spare energy for such mundane things as walking! Listen to it, and only do what you can, not what you can't. If you have to stop to catch your breath half way round the supermarket, that's fine. You will heal, but it takes time!

Hi, sorry you are feeling this way but as mrsredboots has said, you are not alone. From my experiences my advice would be to listen to your body. If you need to stop to catch your breath then do it, no one is going to judge you. You will get back to how you were before but it takes time.

so sorry to hear this. Pulmonary hypertension can be an after effect of pulmonary embolus. Make an appointment with a respiratory surgeon.

But also do ensure that you are not having another embolus, and seek help.

Good luck
