Welcome to the community. A few tips to start for cognitive health:

1. Regular physical exercise is important -- exercise raises the levels of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which helps the brain grow and maintain neural connections.

2. Eat a healthy diet for body and brain - you can download a quick reference guide: mybraintest.org/healthy-bra...

3. Practice good sleep hygiene - see this article for 5 beneficial sleep habits: mybraintest.org/2016/05/fiv...

All the best to you.

Keep your brain active. Learn something new or do something you've not tried before. My neuro recommended video games for hand-eye coordination. Crossword puzzles, jeopardy, lifelong learning opportunities.

Do it with the suggestions above as long as you are able! Live life. That's my plan since I don't have as much left as I once thought!

Best wishes to you.
