Your body may still be a little tired from when your heart was beating at an abnormal rate, give it a day or two. There should be a lovely calm in your chest now.

Don't do anything that requires exertion for a few weeks and allow your heart to gain strength beating in it's correct rhythm, so easy to slip back in the early days after a cardioversion. I once walked up a hill the day after one and went straight back into AF. Also no alcohol for a while, or big meals. Note my warning, its too late to be sorry if you overdo it now and slip out of your correct rhythm.

The tiredness was gone almost immediately.

Yes, it can be that way for some. All depends on what abnormal rhythm you're heart is in and how fast etc. I've had lots of cardioversions unfortunately. Some have lasted days (when I walked up a steep hill), months or years.
