Fatigue with Tambocor

I am new to this site. I recently began taking Tambocor 50 Mg twice a day and feel fatigue, though no more episodes of atrial fibrillation. Wanted to find out how common fatigue occurs and any recommendations.

I would expect this feeling to pass.

I have been taking twice that dose for more than 20 years without such side effects.

I take the same dose and have the same problem. No idea how common it is.
