Anyone participated in AMG50 clinical trial?

has anyone here participated in an AMG 50 clinical trial? if so, what were the adverse events? How bad and for how long? And was the treatment successful in stabilizing or reducing PCa?

Thank you! It appears that cytokine response syndrome can sometimes wreak havoc as a side effect….

Wondering if drugs that block cytokine storm could be used to mediate this side effect and still get good immune response?

I went to Dr and talk in details about AMG 509 and he treated 10 to 12 patients and all stay there for 3 day or more days . All patients had low blood platelets in first 4 days then platelets bounce back.

Ya I went to participate in AMG 509 and Dr suggest me ARX 517. I spent good amount time to learn and happy with process.

I took my first infusion and happy with side effects

ARX517 stays in body for 8 days to 12 that’s best ADC results

I looked at the clinical trial and it mentions an infusion every 3 to 4 weeks. How many infusions will you be getting for the trial? and how long did you need to stay at the trial location/clinic before and after the infusion?
