My husband has metastatic prostate cancer. We went through all the treatments including 5 pluvicto treatments. Even though his scan shows improvement in some areas it continues to spread. Maybe this is due to no meds such as Xtandi to stop the spread. I'm trying to get more information by reading people's experiences in this forum.

Jevtana did not work at all? Has any of his metastases been biopsied?

They didn’t use Jevtana. Also they did not biopsy his metastases. I will ask his oncologist about that.

completing the Bio is helpful for understanding what his treatment history has been thus far. I’m guessing maybe he was on Xtandi and went off it during Pluvicto. If that was the case then Xtandi had already failed and resuming now likely won’t make much if any difference.

I think Jevtana is the most common treatment for progression after Pluvicto, assuming he had Taxotere prior to Pluvicto.

Best of luck to both of you!
