Bravo PSA dropping. May I ask if concurrent chemo (i.e. Docetaxel) is planned? From the big clinical studies pilling up therapies all at once may be helpful. Not sure if chemo is normally added to Xtandi (Enzalutamide, an "ARi"). I have bone mets two years (to spine) and am thriving, except for fatigue.

Newly diagnosed? Recurrent? Nothing in your profile.

If newly diagnosed, that is a great response. Hopefully PSA will keep dropping and reach a low nadir. If you look at my bio then mine look over 6 months and has so far stayed that way for over 3 years. I'm also on Xtandi but Lupron instead of Orgovyx. Good luck sir. My biggest mistake has not been exercising enough.

Add in significant exercise, especially weight lifting. Essential.
