Not sure I read it right or not, but pfs and now not crossing 365 days, but all patient has been administered single dose may be it would be repeated for greater durability.

the way I read it in study design and also in results section is single dose. But i suppose that as for pluvicto, therapy would consist of more than one dose…I will look for some more info

Hi, Just some more individual anecdotal info to add here. Last December had failure of immunotherapy resulting in PSA rising to 280 from 35, cancer spread in pelvis, to spine and some distant metastases were evident on PSMA scan to chest and arms. It also spread to lymph nodes and caused other issues. Was castrate sensitive and not eligible for Pluvicto here(even trials because of previous immunotherapy). Went overseas, had three radio ligand treatments. The first was Actinium as doctor said it would be more effective on bone metastases. The second two were Lutetium. The third was in September. After first treatment PSA dropped to 7. PSMA scan in October showed almost no cancer activity. Latest PSA was .2. Doctor also started me on Orgovyx explaining that Orgovyx would increase PSMA expression and increase effects of radio ligands. We will take another look in January to see if I am in remission or need further treatments.

Went from not being able to walk without assist of cane in June(blood clot in right femoral vein at illiac crest due to compression from lymph nodes), kidney troubles, to weight lifting and sessions on elliptical a few months later. "lasers in the jungle, days of miracle and wonder" indeed!

I hope that you never do! And Vienna is a beautiful city, hopefully to be enjoyed for longer visits than my 3 day medical tourism turnarounds. Dr. Hartenbach's approach seems more nuanced than current US Pluvicto protocols. What I can say at this point is I am very grateful to Dr. Hartenbach and his collaborators.
