I can not find the post which recommends this video. It was less than a week ago. It is 3 hours long so I recorded the audio and listened to it while working in my shop. I recommend it to anyone who has cancer or knows anyone who has cancer or really anyone. For me the most important take aways are intermittent fasting and eating seasonally. Several alternative treatments are discussed which is the main focus of the talk but for me Dr. Chetty's discussion as to how far we have gotten from natural living in just the past century and how that affects our health and is probably responsible for the cancer epidemic was the best part. I have long had similar thoughts and his discussion reinforced these well. If you don't want to listen to the whole talk which is largely about treating covid and cancer with ivermectin and lactoferrin, just listen to DR. Chetty's introduction.
