Hi Everyone ,

ok so John went back to oncologist to hear the plan .

She wants him to have a biopsy on biggest lymph node to see if cancer as changed into small cell as its different treatment , then she suggests to go with chemo first before Lu 177 and also another option is to change his medication that seems to have stopped working he is on Erleada + zoladex + zgeva although she says she would be concerned if it didn't work and he had more spread of the cancer .

so now Im a bit confused as I've read that people are going to Germany to get the lu177 before chemo as they seem to have better results ?

John leaves this stuff to me , to find out and I don't blame him its hard to know what's right for him as every person reacts differently . I am going to suggest TAs suggestion about chemo and zofiga to see what she says .

any advise is good for me or any journeys similar to johns that I could read .

I would def look into Pluvicto primarily. Usually much safer, less side effects and if it works, more effective than chemo. According to Dr Scholz at Pcri insurances will cover Pluvicto if you have had just one trx of chemo, so maybe just do the one dose and then try n get insurance coverage on lute -177. Good luck
