Hello:

I understand, have read, you should stop taking any supplemental Biotin anywhere from 2-4 days before a PSA test as it may skew/change the results; my question is, outside changing PSA test results, does Biotin do anything to the PCa you already have, good, or bad; is it safe to supplement Biotin again after the PSA test; and along the same questioning does B12 effect PSA or its test results?

Thank You

The FDA doesn't give a time period for biotin's effect on PSA tests to wear off. There are also other supplements that may interfere with PSA tests:
