Cindy,

I am sorry for your loss and wanted to share the prayers of myself and my wife.

I, too, have a great caregiver, my wife Lyna, in this my 8th year of the prostate cancer battle; I was originally diagnosed at age 57 with stage 2a. In 2019, it became stage 4 and radiation/chemo/ADT. Thanks be to God, my PSA is still undetectable though I have a few bone mets (rib, spine).

We pray for God's Mercy on all the dying, Christian, Non-Christian, and those with no faith. In fact, our band's latest single, Greater, has a concluding verse that I thought might offer you and all else who suffer a bit of comfort. When I read your story, I thought it might be helpful:

"So, friend, don't fear the Reaper, for Jesus conquered him,

And the holy ones in heaven, are now living without sin,

As St. Paul tells us in Scripture, Eye has not seen, Ear has not heard,

The love and beauty waiting, Greater is is Holy Word."

Thanks again for sharing your inspirational story.
