welcome to the brotherhood … your gonads will shrink up and disappear and you can start shopping for manziers. Yayahahahaya ya

Herze a helpful hint : fur lined tweezers ( I like mink but it gets matted easily ) help a lot when you have penis shrivel. The fur is soft and soothing and prevents cold stainless steel tweezer chaff .

Just say’in

😂😂😂

you have to try to not take it too seriously …. keep your eye on the “ I’m still alive “ prize That’s most important, since “ everything “ springs from that. It’s devastating for most of us at first, but I deal with it with a little humor. You get more time with loved ones, more time to go out and exploit your QOL bucket list. Yea it sucks but there is this upside….. you are still alive.

❤️❤️❤️

after 14 months of Lupron and 20 sessions of EBRT radiation. No shrinkage at all.

Coco 425 - Lupron 2

Congrats!

Thats interesting, because I only noticed ...and even felt a discomfort in groin area....after about 18 months on LUPRON. After that it was all downhill. I lost a lot...at least it was a lot to me! I did 2 years total on LUPRON,just long enough to do maximum damage below the belt. It had better been worth it!!!

just read your Bio. We were dx at he same time.

"Speaking" for myself, its amazing how much my priorities have changed since first dx. The actual cancer was not a priority for me at the time, it was all about sexual function and how to preserve it. Now....well its all about holding on to my independence ie mobility and being able to take care of myself and general health. These are things I took for granted....until the threat of losing them appeared.

Take care and keep up the fight.

Thanks, yes I know just what you mean. But no one had prepared for just how much things could and would deteriorate after surgery, radiation, and ADT. And since it turned out my cancer had already spread, the surgery was a waste. Like you, trying to hang onto the essentials. You too --- Take care and keep up the fight. G
