I have got 6 rounds of pluvicto.

My PSA went from 190 to 15

Scans show 4 bones mets

What is the next treatemnt between chemo, xofigo, and SBRT

I recently completed 6 infusions LuPSMA177. PSA went from 8.1 to 0.19. Scans showed one new spot on my tail bone. Scheduled for radiation to that spot Monday, Nov. 14.

If I were you, I would try to get the four bone mets radiated with SBRT. This should reduce the PSA value even further. Then I would see if Xtandi or Apalutamide can keep the PSA value low and stop further progression.

With just 4 mets I’d opt for SBRT, I discussed this strategy with Dr. Sartor this past Tuesday during our visit. I’m getting a PSMA scan later this month and based on what that shows it’ll be either SBRT or BAT going forward.

What PSA is needed to target the mets?

PSA to use SBRT? PSA doesn’t factor in to that, you have to be able to see the mets on a scan and you have to be able to target them without harming surrounding organs.

you said you were getting a PSMA PET scan to target the Mets. A PSMA PET scan only sees PSMA expressing cancer cells.

You asked what your PSA needs to be for SBRT, I made no mention of PSA, I mentioned a PSMA scan, they are not the same.
