( I’m not so good at Rhyming)

But my PSA is climbing ,

HealthUnlocked and MaleCare

Make a new post – Do I Dare?

R.A.L.P. - I got 5 cuts

Now ADT, “gyneco..” what?

Denied insurance now more debts

Lupron with some Casodex .,

Lost my T, got hot flashes

Radiation gave me rashes,

P.S.M.A. another scan

Time to make a new game plan,

Geno types and hidden mets

My muscles can no longer flex,

A phase 3 trial, a new study

For my small brain it all seems muddy,

So Lift more weights, go for a hike

Then swim some laps, and ride my bike

I'm glad you're here to help me through

Love the trail runs. Doing a 10K in Washington Puyallup valley tomorrow. Would love to hike more but inexperienced except the traditional day hike.
