What does that mean? My father’s doctor haven’t replied yet and my father was anxious.

High S-LH and P-SHGB
Those are just sex hormones (luteinizing hormone and sex hormone binding globulin). As long as ADT is keeping his testosterone at castrate levels, it's nothing to worry about. If testosterone is rising, it's because of the high LH. But high SHBG binds the testosterone and makes it unavailable (only free testosterone activates the androgen receptor).
I don't know what SHGB stands for (Google returns the name of a bank), probably an anagramatism of SHBG. Also, what the P stands for. Assuming that you are refering to simple-plain SHBG this hormone should not be viewed by itself but in conjunction with total Testosterone (tT) and albumin. There is this online calculator:
for calculating the free Testosterone, which is what really matters in the case of prostate cancer.
Now, if you do the maths regarding the ratio of SHBG/tT you will notice that the former is a (narrowly bounded) fraction of the latter amounting 10% to 15% if tT is expressed in ng/dl (NOT nmol/l) and SHBG is expressed in nmol/l.
Consequently, if your father has a high tT, like myshelf, it is normal that his SHBG follows suit.
