Hi - My father who is 69, has Metastatic prostate cancer -
He has had most of the treatments for met CRPC including surgery, palliative radiation and chemo. His latest PSA test was 56. He will take his first dose of Xofigo next week. Overall he feels good, no major pain, he eats ok but every once in a while he gets dizzy. Is there anything I could get him to help with the dizziness?
Thank you.

The ADT and Hot Flashes combined to make me severely dehydrated- leading to very bad vertigo. I was drink 120+ ounces of water a day! Doctors had me add in some oral hydration powder to help with water absorption. Staying on top of the hydration / absorption has really helped and vertigo has dissipated.
Check his blood pressure and /or ......Middle ear infection........ and or plain old meds........Make sure he doen't fall..... hitting his head is serious.........(let him walk with a cane)....
