Just got my results from RECENT PSA TEST Good news 0.3 it's been a year and some now on ADT my PSA when diagnosed was 13.5 Stage 4 Gleason 9
Oncology are very pleased and we will continue on the present path 3 monthly hormone suppressant injections

Much better yoga in the morning and stretch at night loads more mobility I think most of it was a result of not being as active as I was before lockdown

So did you determine whether you had metastasis in the back or not? I been having a sore back lately. Along with a butt cheek ache when I sit in a car seat for an extended time. Paranoid about it.
All scans showed non metastatic And it is normal for my age were and tare they said
All fine now doing beginners yoga and loads of stretching

Make sure you stretch it helps so much
Do you still eat poultry and eggs? I hear different things about those groups.
Yes I do I do believe diet is important but when I was initially diagnosed I was so confused one set of information outlined the other
It was a circle of confusion
Foods that are heart healthy are the foods we should eat
I've cut out dairy because of the mucus content
And red meat as too many factors point at it not being good for us
Another claims its how the cow or sheep is fed
Keep it simple foods that are heart healthy are good for us

73 y.o. with Lymphoma LNH and many Acute Chronic Diseases. That gave me a Severe Physical Limitation. 2 walks of 0.75 km with a walker, then my Pulmonary Emphesyma Gold Grade 3 kick in and I have to rest and catch my breath.
1994 Had a work accident followed by Discoidectomy L4-L5 and Permanent Acute Lumbalgy, on Fentanyl 87 mcg/hr patches and recently on CBD and THC.
My PSA went from 6.76µg/L to 22.4µg/L in 6 weeks.
Prostate went from 24.7cc to 45.86cc.
I had 6 cores out of 12 positive on the right side at 85% G4, then on a Special pre-RT Scan they found multiple tumors on both sides.
I was in the Ufavorable Intermediate Risk group with a G(4+3=7) Grade 3.
I got and injection of Eligard 45mg/24weeks on April 4th 2020 that was screw-up.
So I have been on Lupron Depot 22.5mg/12weeks X 2 from May 2020 to Nov 2020 and on
VMAT-RT 3Gy X 20Fx in June 2020 and my
PSA = 0.01µg/L and my
Testosterone = 0.3nmol/L or 0.086526µg/L or 86.526ng/L or 8.6526 ng/dL
On Dec 15th 2020.
Next tests on March 1st 2021.
Must keep going Gleason 7 usually is quite manageable

I keep fighting but it gets a little harder every day.My Lymphoma keeps my immunitary system very low and make me very weak.
The problem is that I am not G7 anymore but G8 or G9.
Then my Pulmonary Emphysema weakens me with the shortness of breath.
And I also have a Chronic Renal Insufficency, so I am almost completely incapacitated.
I spend my day on my electric bed in the Zero-G position and read a lot. A book every day or two. Whith that it keep me SANE.

When I turned about 35 y.o. I stop practicing and believing.
I still do not believe anymore but it make me sad to have lost my youth conviction.
I am happy for you who believe and offer me prayers but I feel it is a waste of energy.

What is considered Castrate resistant?
Interesting PSA progression on STAMPEDE Zytiga (Abiraterone) trial.
PSA slightly up after salvage radiation
PSA drop after Provenge.
