There is a trial of Lu-177-PSMA plus a PARP inhibitor in Australia that seems ideal for you:

You could be right about good choice, but the guy asked about Lu177 + Keytruda, and I recall that was also here in Australia and at Peter Mac hospital in Melbourne. A bit of Googling should bring up info about these trials but there are not many Australian men who post here afaik.

Lu-177_PSMA + Keytruda is also in a clinical trial at UCSF.

That link took me to Lu177 + Pembrolizumab at Peter Mac in Melbourne.

Looks like there were winners and losers in trial for Lu177 + Keytruda.

Hi yep I was on the keytruda + Lu177 trial. I am not Brac2. Im 67 Diag 2015 stg 4, high Gleeson 8 or 9 can't remember. Mets in bones, lymph & a couple of other places. Anyway it did not work for me and I was taken off after 3 rd infusion. Psa was at about 50 when I started and jumped to over 90 when I finished. Scans showed progression. Keytruda gave me a particularly rough time - worse than chemo, but I gather that's rare I think I had a cytokine storm - see my other post. Was so glad to get off it. But talking to some other guys on the trial and they got no side effects other than dry mouth and were having good results. So worth a shot. Good luck.
