advanced and metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, and/or

their caregivers who may be interested in sharing their experiences

with the company.

Desired Patient/Caregiver Criteria:

* Living with or caring for someone living with advanced and

metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer

* Adult 18 years of age or older

* Good relationship with their healthcare team

chance not everyone screened will be able to participate. Participants
