Caffeine is a psychostimulant and is known to delay fatigue for a few hours after ingestion. However, the fatigue comes back after few hours. So many people keep drinking coffee every few hours in order to keep delaying fatigue. Eventually they become addicted to caffeine as they develop tolerance to regular dose.

Unless you have deficiency of vitamins..there is no rationale about vitamins giving you energy.. He is a personal trainer ….not a doctor or scientist...

The key for me is simple, get a good nights sleep. Makes a huge difference how my day goes.

Makes a lot of sense to me.

I had stopped drinking coffee for 25 years but now find it helpful in the fight against fatigue. I'm on Lupron plus Xtandi currently. PSA nil. In the 9 year battle against Pc. I see no down side to coffee.

There was a post of a Japanese study that coffee is good for PCa.

L Arginine of 1000-3000 daily can help, plus American Ginsing 850-1000 mg daily.

This is my opinion only (got it from this site and Dr. Nal taking these too).

Exercise daily by itself will make a great impact on fatigue and your general health.

Check your blood pressure and blood sugar while on these supplements, and ask your doctor before starting all these)

When I wanted in-depth info on hormones, I always seemed to end up on a bodybuilder site. While I admire Natakrats his gym discipline, it's not something that I could ever bring myself to do. So it was strange for me to enter this other world & read long essays on the biochemical effects of various supplements.

It didn't take long for me to respect the guys who are conducting long-term n=1 experiments & monitoring blood levels as they go. If something works, they know it.

Find out what your neighbor takes with his coffee. Run it by the group. Some things might be inappropriate with PCa.
