So many knowledgeable people on this site. I wondered if anyone can help me understand the measurements given on a PSMA. For example .. SUV Max 5.8, 10.45, 8.31...... what exactly do these measurements tell..?

The more SUV, the more cancer has been detected in the lesion.
If I'm not mistaken, SUV is a measure of "avidity" of PSMA expression of cells. You can have low "avidity" because a) you have low burden of disease, or b)non-PSMA expressive cancer cells. I'm told, as a rule of thumb, they are looking for ~20 SUV before doing Lu177 treatment (this info might be old though, check with your MO)
It is a measure of how much of the radio-indicator was taken up by the tissue. It means nothing by itself - it should only be interpreted in relation to expected values. There should be an accompanying radiologist's report explaining where it is important and where it isn't.
