So now what? Haven’t met with MO yet after the latest blood tests yesterday.

Husbands PSA has just started climbing on Lupron. Lowest point 3 months ago was .34, then it went to .38 now yesterday at .54. We are getting ready for radiation. Not sure if this new turn will change that or not. I’m trying not to panic. He is only on Lupron. His original diagnosis was Gleason 3+4=7. PSA right before treatment was up to 74. Bone scan negative. But lymph nodes near prostate shrank after 5 months as noted in a follow up ct scan.

Is this whole pelvic radiation that you're talking about? Why is he only on Lupron? In an earlier post, you wrote he was taking some Zytiga with a low fat meal?

Not on Zytiga. When the CT scan showed clear bones, that option was no longer offered.

Sounds like he responded well to Lupron. There are other ADT drugs he could go after radiation, Zytiga, Xtandi, Casodex.
