Hi, what's everyone's thought about the ExoDx Test. I am on active surveillance and get PSA test every 6 months and will continue to do so. I came across this and thought hhmm. Just curious if anyone has used this or has some good information on it. Thank you.

Odnad, I am beyond your phase of treatment, but saw this and wanted to pass it on...it has other 'marker' tests that look interesting...

From my perspective, get a map done of your prostate using a pelvic MRI...find out if there is something there; my DRE showed nothing, my PSA was always low and I wound up with 1/3 my gland full of tumor with a 4-5 Gleason score...I did the research and I took the idea of the MRI scan to my Dr...otherwise I would be in a great deal more hurt by now...

...then at some point consider a PSMA PET before you go on any Hormone treatment; make sure you dont have any distant metastasis...again, your Dr may not recommend this; mine did not and I got it done and paid for anyway...at least I know there is nothing 'visible' outside the prostate bed area AND then proceeded with more treatment...,

Wish you the very best...Cheers
