Spontaneous Regression

I've been on Active Surveillance for Gleason 6 (3+3) since diagnosis November 2006. On April 25th my Urologist as per MRI guided biopsy said he couldn't find cancer! I think my immune system kicked in and did its job but can't be proven

Did you do anything special that may have helped? What psa levels were you getting?

MRI Oct17 (PIRADS4) MRI Mar19 (PIRADS5) MRI Aug7th (PIRADS2). Current PSA 1.4

I have had two MRI guided biopsies, and the 3+3 then 3+4 cancer was never where the MRI suggested...

I had a Urinary tract infection and another urinary issue Sept-Dec 2018. I believe my immune system kicked into gear and ended up fighting the low volume low-grade non-aggressive Gleason 6 cancer
