In June 2018 I was diagnosed with pc. Started with a PSA of 9.75 which lead to a digital exam and then a biopsy. Biopsy revealed pc with a Gleason score of 6 (3+3) / Grade group 1 on the right side and 7 (3 +4) / Grade group 2 on the left.

First doc recommended removal, second was OK with Active Surveillance. Started learning about the benefits of a raw organic anti cancer protocol from my friends who were dealing with something similar.

I became vegetarian in mid July. Then vegan in mid Aug and followed Chris Wark's Square One anti cancer protocol. I highly recommend this, it's been a life changer for me.

PSA tested in Sept '18 revealed a 9.1, then an 8.17 in December which was encouraging. In Feb '19 my PSA went up to 8.3 then in July up to 9.3. An uncomfortable trend.

Yesterday was my 2nd biopsy. Not sure why but I am feeling quite optimistic.

That's the scoop over here in Anoka, MN
