Couple of tips.

My 1st step was a hearing test from Boots. This showed the hearing loss in my one ear. I took this result to GP.

The second, I hadnt realised that caffine can cause balance problems. Try cutting out caffine for a couple of months to see if this helps.

3rdly if you have been sat down for a while, when you get up dont immediately walk, just make sure you are upright properly, then walk.

There are lots of good tips out there to help deal with some of your symptoms.

See what works for you, it helps to feel you are being proactive whilst you get diagnosed.

Good luck
