The anxiety around all those symptoms is unsurprising but also the only thing you can try to get under some sort of control at the moment. You don’t know why you’re feeling so awful and your brain is probably in overdrive. I call it scanxiety!! I assume you’ve had a blood test to check you’re not severely deficient in B12, ( not helped by supplements only injections as some people can’t absorb it) if not ask for one ASAP. As for there being something going on re a brain tumour, remember it’s SO unlikely, if you do have an AN they are benign and treatable, but likelihood is not that at all. All you can do is really try to get help and support with the anxiety around the horrible feelings and physical things that are happening. You’re not alone, find people who understand. I had a bit of hypnotherapy, physio with acupuncture and this helped the headaches and other things I had been noticing go away ( which I now realise were about anxiety around what was happening), making it easier to deal with the symptoms actually caused by the AN. One day at a time, nurture yourself and know you’ll get great support if you do have something scary…. And you can deal with it. Look up exercises for breathing to release anxiety and don’t Google every symptom you have, Google is NOT your friend! It is easy to convince ourselves that every twitch or feeling is to do with a brain tumour when it can be just our bodies responding to extreme levels of cortisone stress released due to stress. One step at a time, hopefully you’ll be reassured after the scan but whatever the results, work on how you think about what is happening and get support for the feelings, then you’ll have better inner resources to manage and enjoy life again. Good luck!

My issue is that anxiety stops u walking & makes the full body feel heavy & weak like u cant pick up a cup without feeling ur going to drop it then inner shaking like ur body is vibrating but only u can feel it ...im not get panic attacks or heart palpatations i've been on meds for anxiety and depression b4 all they do is make me feel worse get visual shaking & horrible more intense headaches i dunno why that people r quick to say its anxiety maybe its easier to believe than dealing with certain issues but i just want to feel better as my life has gone from the girl that once had a job looked after herself & now i cant walk up a few stairs its like im here but no qaulity of life in general

I hear you. The physical symptoms are debilitating. I was just trying to say that the only thing that helped me was to work on how I felt about it all, as the physical stuff is complicated and I decided that sometimes the ‘do no harmI’ approach of watch and wait is actually better for me. I hope you find some comfort in knowing you are not alone, find oriole who can listen to you and ways to manage on a day to day basis. Finding small ways to get through the anxiety can help the symptoms, whatever the actual physical cause. Best of luck to you
