What an awful time for you, so much to deal with. Thank goodness you're getting an MRI today to at least make sure you're getting all the medical attention you may need. Trying to deal with the worry and stress of it all is a different matter though. As hard as it is to do, we must try and stay in the moment, breathe through the most anxious of feelings. I cannot give you any advice other than keep the medical informed of any symptoms and changes but just wanted to say you are not alone in having these feelings and keep reaching out for support. Here, but also amongst friends or via your GP or BANA for counselling maybe? Let us know how you get on with the MRI and I will be thinking of you. Lin

Poor you to deal with these. Think all of us have their own unique symptoms going on. But yes let the Drs. & Medical team know. It maybe trivial but maybe of use.

If it physically hurts, see if anything helps it? Maybe massaging that area on the head or around it? Just taking deep breaths? Or sipping water (if safe to do so) just things to calm your body down so your body can deal with the other things going on? Usually good to have vitamins etc so that your levels are fine.

Divorce - yes can be difficult but you know look forward as in future one day it will pass. And this is your chance for a new lease in life - a reboot. There will & maybe emotions still there for the person but if it’s possible maybe a friendship will remain, if not - it wasn’t meant to be.

Marriage can be the best thing in the world. But with the wrong person it’s the worst punishment. (Yes I speak with experience).

So there will be a day when the wrangling, the going over past things, financial issues etc will go & you will find yourself happy & with the hope of something in front rather than a relationship that isn't going anywhere or bringing someone down.

All the v. Best take care of “YOU” pamper yourself. Give yourself a day off. And enjoy it things will find a way to work itself out.

Reach out to friends & for technical help speak to Drs and solicitors or even citizen advice bureau if needed.

Sorry given v general info as don’t know details. My no all of our prayers with you.

Look up mindfulness & relaxation techniques they will help the body & your mind cope with these new pains/worries.

Everything Sarah J has said is so spot on.... All the pain of divorce, and it is SO painful, is temporary and will pass and the best could so easily be to come for you. ( I too speak from experience! Never thought I'd remarry but I did. My husband is the nicest man who ever walked the earth. One day at a time... This could not be a tougher time to be going through what you're going through but you WILL get through it.

Hi Jasmine, I get a judder a lot of the time when just getting my head down for the night.I think it’s when I am really stressed.
