Constantly feel bored and empty

Hi there. I feel very often bored. Have no interest to anything. Every body and everything seems boring to me. Feel alone and helpless.... What should I DO

So sorry you are feeling this way. You could be depressed, only you would know that and if so, have a chat with your doctor or it may be that you lack motivation and just need something to kick start your enthusiasm. Have a think about it and if you feel it's the latter, then make a list of all the things you used to enjoy and pick one, then make an extra effort to get back involved with it. Other members have left ideas of how they motivate themselves in posts below, have a look and see if there is anything that interests you, I do hope so.
