Hi Dark Angel,

I too take mirtazapine amongst others and you should be feeling the benefit by now, perhaps you should talk to your docter about your concerns.

Take care

Mirtazapine can take at least a month to start working. It should also stimulate your apetite. In the past it has been a help for me in depressive episodes. Recently I have increased my Mirtazapine from 15mg to 30mg about 10 days ago. My mood varies alot but I'm still depressed. I've also been prescribed beta blockers for associated anxiety, but they don't really work and I've deicded to stop them as I now have diarrhea and am sure it is a side effect of them. I live alone and when I'm at my worse, usually early morning, I feel very lonely. That's the worse part of depression. Any advice for that would be helpful. I hope you start to feel better soon darkangel.
