I am currently on this, starting this for panic attacks mainly started on low dose but know on 250. Are you on it? Do you find it any good?

It is quite often used in low dose for anxiety, and in higher doses for psychotic illness. People who use it often find it very effective. The main problems are increased appetite, leading to weight gain and, sometimes, a rise in blood sugar.
