Everyday weakness in muscles and nausea !!!

Does anyone just get nausea at any time of the day for hours and barf? Or wake up feeling weak and dizzy with flares in hands numb toes with tingling in them ? And this is everyday how do you make yourself feel better? I hate it I would love to feel like the old me even for a day!!

I get severe pain in my stomach often. And vomit often when severe flare-ups arise. I hate lupus!
