Could this be related to depo?

Since the beginning of July 2019 I have been through daily phases of very deep, un-ignorable lower abdomen and lower back pain.

Very rarely does it reach above my belly button but it isn’t accompanied by any other symptoms apart from nausea and light headedness. It subsides with small amounts of bland food, water and paracetamol.

Now I have several tattoos and piercings so pain is something I generally find easy to ignore yet this is something else. It’s similar to period/ibs cramps but it’s not, similar to trapped wind but not, and sometimes I end up with a hot-cold sensation originating in the very lower left region. This is a pain I’ve never felt before and don’t have any idea as to what might be causing it.

No diet change, no big life changes, nothing new or out of the ordinary!

I have spoken to my nurse and gp, had several rounds of bloods, urine and stool samples testing and nothing has come back with any cause for concern. I feel stuck because I don’t know how to help myself or help my doctor understand something is just not right.

Something else to note, I had come off my depo provera injections of February this year. I have had several periods of heavy bleeding between mid July and now I’m no longer bleeding these symptoms are heightened - oh, and my hormonal acne is back with a vengeance! There are so many factors I’m having a hard time pin pointing what could be the cause

Have you had an ultrasound? I’d be asking for one if you haven’t.

I have! I suffer from recurring water infections so I’ve had two before, one on my bladder and kidneys and one on my uterus and everything looks normal... I have a friend with endo and with everything I’ve told her she’s pushing for me to get tested further.

Yep definitely could be endo, keep pushing.
