I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant, and I’ve been told the tiredness stage should go by the 2nd trimester. But unfortunately for me it hasn’t as of yet. I don’t know whether it doesn’t help that I start work at 05:30am 4 days a week and usually go bed at 9pm to make sure I get enough sleep , but I’m sure I don’t actually sleep ! Then to top it off when I get home from work I wanna crack on with things in the house but I just end up feeling to tired and the home is just a messy house 😖 help !!!??

I do plan to try setting my self minimal tasks each day to see if that helps , br any other suggestions would be great x

For me I made a small timetable kind of thing but you don’t have to follow it all the time but it helps you to plan your week and you don’t feel tired

This is from a well learned mum and granny.

But know what it is to be tired when expecting and try to get everything else done to keep up.

What time do you finish work

01liam's idea is good

Plan your day the night before

Give yourself some me time when home from work maybe a snooze

It always seem a lot and hard to keep up but your body is working hard so just remember if you feel tired rest.

Sorry its bit of a jumble but hope it helps
