Small hard white spot above breast near armpit

i have a small hard raised spot (not like a tag tho) sort milky look..it could be mistaken for a slightly larger whitehead spot, but the skin is thicker ..I,have had it for quite a while..showed dr and she said just let her know if gets bigger..any ideas she did not seem worried really

Could be a blocked pore which has a white greasy type gunk in it.

It’s too hard to pop tho..so I will just leave alone

Have you looked at images of Milia ? in adults they can be a lot bigger than the type babies get.

Babies tend to get lots in a type of rash but adults can have just single lumps.
