Hey,
For the past year or 2 I have been having horrendous period cramps. They are so bad I get diarrhoea. Last period I lost 4lbs! Any advice? I have been to doctors and they won’t do anything. Suspected IBS and on anti-spasmodic meds for that but they are no help during my period. Having to take days off work with the pain or walk out of my lessons (I’m a teacher). I’m at my wits end!

Plexus! I have the same thing and this saved me! I would be sick for the whole week of my period now I don’t get any symptoms it’s crazy and awesome
