Hormone levels? Please help!

I have had complete hysterectomy including ovaries and cervix removed. I have been on sublingual HRT. Last blood labs 6 months ago my compounding pharmacy "screwed up" my prescription and cut everything in half. I had to be a royal bitch to get them to listen to me that that was not what the doctor prescribed. After a couple of weeks they got someone with the drug store reconfigure and made changes. I took the prescription for these 6 months all the while feeling worse and worse. I recently had labs done again, obtained a copy of the report, and noticed they indeed did look terrible. Anyway, my question is, does anyone know of a reliable website that has a correct OPTIMAL hormone chart - not conventional - but optimal hormone levels that I can refer to when I sit down again with my hormone doc next week? I have searched the net on my own but can't seem to find a reliable source. Any help would be so much appreciated.
