I noticed the other day that I am sore just next to my underarm at side of chest, not on my breast and not exactly under my arm either , I was generally just rubbing under my arm as I had an itch when I felt pain , im not sure if I have a lump or if its just the texture of the muscle. Im 49yrs I recently started on HRT a little over a month ago, I have been having night sweats for a very long time but my GP kept saying it was medication I was on because it could do that, I haven't had any menstrual cycle for over 25yrs since a Hysterectomy. So I finally got the blood test to find I had no oestrogen left, which indicated i had been some time through it.
Any guidance on what this could be would be really appreciated.

Hi Caz, I have a similar recurring issue. It hangs around for a week or so and then goes and then comes back again. Lately it has only been under one arm, but I have had it under both.
