Well I definitely fit into that category lol. What would you like to know? I had a plethora of symptoms. But a book that really helped me tremendously was by Gillian Ford called Listening to your Hormones and I highly recommend it love and prayers x :)

Hi sadandbaffled, I had my last period so far at the end of May, the last month my symptoms have reached another level!! I feel like I've been invaded by the body snatchers!! I don't know myself anymore!! I have health anxiety, feel depressed a lot!!! Cry lots. Foggy mind, sense of impending doom!!! I feel like I'm living outside my body. Dizzy and light headed. The overwhelming tiredness is crippling me, especially having to work with it and my job is physical. I literally feel like I just want to lay down on the floor sometimes!! Wherever that may be and sleep!! I just want me back😩I hate feeling like this with a passion. Yet WHY is it we still have to suffer. I suppose years ago we would have been locked up in a mental asylum!! Anyway sweetie just wanted you to know I know what your suffering 🙏🏻

It sure is awful. I am truly over it... :(

Without sounding terrible,it is nice to know there are other people out there who know what I am on about.

Im with you here hun, i had symptoms in Peri. Finished menopause now but still suffering problems. I had shorter periods, Migraines,Joint Pain,Sickness,Mood swings. Lots of things. I have felt quite changed in my person through all this, BUT feel like a woman Warrior!. We all go through it to some degree. Your not alone. Sending hugs to you.

Have you tried any supplements? I've used the Boots brand menopause support pill with plant oestrogen and vitamin b and out certainly helps with mood. having hot flushes still but might just be the changeable weather! I tell myself that anyway, coming in from the cold to warm rooms all the time, sets it off

Hello, I'm 52 and I haven't had a period for five months now. I had anxiety, depression, lower back pain, headaches, body vibrations, heart palpitations and leg fatigue. Hot flashes have stopped and some other symptoms lessened. It's the anxiety that makes everything else worse. I wore a two week heart monitor and my doctor said the palpitations are harmless. My echocardiogram was "normal" with mild aortic regurgitation that doctor said is a "minor" finding. Hello! What? Who knows how long I had that. I don't think menopause caused the leaky heart valve. Certainly menopause I feel makes everything worse because now I'm stressing about every symptom.
