White blood cells in urine?

Hi all, about 2 weeks ago I had intense burning whilst urinating, I dropped off a urine sample and they found white blood cells, blood, leukocytes and proteins. I was given antibiotics then and there for cystitis.

They still sent urine off too see what was the cause, however results showed no bacterial growth.

I was asked to drop off another urine sample a week after I finished antibiotics (which was yesterday) and they found loads of white blood cells, however I have no symptoms and was asked to take another sample in today which I'm waiting to hear back from.

I'm worried now, especially as my nan had major kidney failure due to amyloid disease... Am I over reacting ?

I suffer with severe General anxiety as well so this isn't helping me keep calm haha
