I never gave a second thought to the statement "run like a girl" until I watched the video. On reflection, the statement is a non-violent way of putting people down if they view being a girl as a negative thing. I think because I never saw myself as being a girl a negative thing, I never gave the statement a second thought. I hope other people can embrace this way too.
