Urgent gynecology referal?

I'm 20 years old and my name's Molly. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18 after have irregular periods.

I then had the depo injection and started suffering with bleeding everyday. This was October 2015 and the bleeding I had continued till November 2016. I was hospitalised May 2016 with severe lower abdominal pain and bleeding with suspected endometriosis. It took till the November to be seen by gynecology. I was having severe lower abdominal pain and they decided that I should have a laparoscopy. As this is the only test for endometriosis. In the Decemeber with not even 24 hours noticed I was told it's time for my laparascopy. They discovered I had a retrovert uterus and then discharged me from gynecology. Ever since I've had severe pain in my lower abdomen. Every single day without fail absolute agony. I ring my gp every other day with how bad the pain is. I've had spotting between my periods. My periods have changed. I started clotting in my periods which I never have before. I've started suffering bladder problems where I'm peeing when i sneeze and urinating around 20+ times a day when I'm consuming the same amount of urine. I'm also having other toilet troubles but that's tmi. I've started noticing and increased amount of vaginal discharge that doesn't smell. I've had 2 different type of antibiotics in the past couple of weeks so it's not a bacterial infection. I've got pain radiating all around my back and down my legs and the lower abominal pain is still severe. I had an abdominal ultrasound done about 3 weeks ago and they said I've got an enlarged ovary that's polycystic and that I've got fluid all around my uterus. An was told I had pid which I do not have. The antibiotics haven't cleared anything up and I'm still the same yet with more symptoms. My doctor decided to get me a referral to gynecology again and my appointment came last week for October. But now I've mentioned a few more of my symptoms to my doctor that I didn't think were necessary to tell her she has now done me an urgent referral for suspected cancer? And I am terrified. My mum passed away at 45 of colon cancer and I'm scared I'm at risk of lynch syndrome. I am only 20 it's not possible for me to have uterine cancer is it? I've had 2 cervical cancer injections when I was 12 and never got my 3rd so surely I wouldn't be at risk of cc? Any advice would be massively appreciated of anybody who's had or has womb cancer or anyone who had similar symptoms and it was something else as I'm petrified. Within the next 2 weeks I will have my appointment and I've got no idea what's going to happen?

Thanks

Molly

Hello Molly, can I suggest that you contact the Ask Eve group on here. They are qualified gynae nurses and will be able to give you more advice than I can as I'm not a medically qualified person.
