I am arpit singh, i want to suggest you about Water Fasting. Plz refer Dr jason fung video about fasting on youtube.
1 do 24 hrs water fasting twice or once a week.
2 Sleep 7 hrs atleat
3 Dont Eat added shuger.
4 Walk or jog for endurance training.
5 Lift weights for strenghts.
