Need to reduce 20 kg in a month

Hi, I am weighing 95kg now and want to reduce my weight to 76kg in a month. Any suggestion.

Anup, LCHF has helped bring down the BS from very high levels. I feel better. The wt went up, maybe due to better glycemic level

Thanks Anup. I tried and trying. The Jain regime is helping. No intake 6 pm go 6 am

In fats, ghee and butter and some VCO
