Hey :) I'm new to this !

My bmi is in the obese category & now I feel is a time to change that! I have tried every fad diet known to man and failed at losing and keeping the weight that I did lose off.

I'm ready to do it a healthy natural way now. I'm still very unsure with it all but I know I need to make changes to get this done!
