Im so depressed about my weight i need to loose 3st but im so hungry all the time

What kind of food are you eating? How many times a day are you eating? If you put flaxseed in with your meals and smoothies it will keep you full longer.

hi, feeling hungry even after enough food may be the leptin ( a Harmon regulating appetite) resistance. again it is the cause of fat stored in your body.

the right solution is to regulate the fat by isolated protein and dietary fiber rich food or safe food supplements.

Make sure it is hunger and not just feeling empty,if your hungry your not eating right,

if you empty reducing carb intake has this effect,lots of things you can do,

make some home made veg soup,any veg will do,

make a big salad,

chop up some fruit into slices put on a small plate so it looks a lot,

remember we eat with our eyes,so smaller plate makes it look more,

Drink a glass of water,you may be thirsty

slice some veg into strips,put on plate,sit and nibble,

buy sugar free jelly,mix with one low fat yogurt any flavour,pour into 2 glass dishes about 60 cals,depending on the yogurt,add yogurt when jelly is tepid,

if you like chocolate works with a low fat mouse,and quite a nice treat.

Drink a options choc drink 40 cals,watch sugar if diabetic,

eat 5 times a day,small amounts,

I find cabbage really fills me up,eat more,

Be carefull of smoothies,fruit has sugar,once blended you not taking so long to digest it,also if diabetic sugar a problem.never tried veg smoothy,I prefer home made soup
